Terms and conditions - the basics

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or inquiries

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes

  • Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with website functionality

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access if misuse is suspected.

Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

For catering or large orders, a deposit may be required to secure your booking.

3. Catering & Food Truck Bookings

  • A signed agreement and deposit may be required to confirm event bookings.

  • Final guest count and payment balance may be due prior to the event date.

  • Cancellations may result in loss of deposit depending on notice provided.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

What to include in the T&C document

Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of food:

  • All food sales are final.

  • Refunds are not issued once food has been prepared or served.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please notify us immediately so we can address it promptly.

Catering refunds are subject to the terms outlined in your catering agreement.

Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Customers are responsible for informing us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that food items are free from allergens due to shared kitchen preparation areas.

Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, images, text, branding, and design, is the property of R&B Soul Kitchen and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
R&B Soul Kitchen Restaurant & Food Truck shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses resulting from delays outside our control

  • Allergic reactions when allergens were not disclosed

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order or service in question.

Third Party Services
We may use third-party platforms for payment processing, online ordering, or marketing. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party providers.
