At R&B Soul Kitchen Restaurant & Food Truck, we take pride in serving fresh, high quality food made to order. Because our products are perishable, all food and beverage sales are final.
Refunds will not be issued once food has been prepared, served, or picked up. If there is an issue with your order such as an incorrect item, missing item, or quality concern, you must notify us immediately at the time of service or within 24 hours of purchase. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement item, store credit, or a partial refund when appropriate. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside these guidelines.
Refund Policy - the basics
For online and prepaid orders, cancellations made before preparation begins may qualify for a full refund. Once preparation has started, refunds will not be issued. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel an order.
Catering services require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the terms of your signed agreement. Cancellations made seven or more days before the event may qualify for a partial refund excluding the deposit. Cancellations made less than seven days before the event may result in forfeiture of payments due to food preparation, staffing, and scheduling commitments. Final payment deadlines and refund eligibility will be outlined in your catering contract.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing orders. We are not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies, and refunds will not be issued for failure to disclose dietary restrictions.
For food truck events, we are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by weather, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. Refunds in such cases will be handled according to your signed event agreement.
